Shopping for items in housing area. |

I've been trying to shop all afternoon and it seems like 98% of the items I click on "buy item" they are not there? I mean it does not take me to the persons house. It just closes the window and makes me restart my search!
I've been trying to hang in there, I just came back, half my temps are not working so tying to be patient but now I'm starting to get pissed off.
It seems like a ton of people have come back to DAoC, lets get this fixed please Mythic.

You have to be on the same server as the item to buy from the CM. Before the items name it'll say like Ywain1, Ywain2, Eriksted, etc. If it says YwainX that means you have to port to that server via the porter right next to you.

Whenever a player attemts to purchase from the ME and has this challange, the game needs to have a small window that opens with that exact quote from Stangkilla.

Housing badly needs revamped in this game. The majority of items I try to buy these days tell me the merchant is full. Drives me crazy to search for an item, port to that server, search for it again, only to not be able to buy. For some items, 75%-all of the listings of that specific item are not purchasable.

I agree. Either they should remove the limit of plat on a CM or they shouldn't show those items on the ME.

its been explained in other threads that mythic cant increase the cap, their program wont count any higher, but if they could insert a switch that would unlist merchants with too much plat it would be rather helpfull, or even make you relist your merchant every 2 weeks to remove old dead merchants from the lists.

Two weeks may be a little short, especially for the player (like myself) who has a house in all realms, plus one for my bot in my main realm. I do not play the other realms nearly as much as my home realm.
Perhaps on the first business day of a month, if a house has the CM full of plat, then de-list them. Just like when house rent is due, maybe that de-listing flag would also email the account holders email with:
'  our housing consignment merchant on lot xxxx on YwainX in the realm of Alb/Mid/Hib has been removed from the housing item search list due to an over-abundance of money. Please remove some or all of the cash from your consignment merchant and re-list your merchant using the command (insert command here) in game.'
