So, I resubbed but can't play until tomorrow when my kids go to their Mom's. I was checking out the Herald and was surprised to see weekly RP totals in the high 900,000's and one or two over a million. Is this right? Did they greatly buff up the RP rewards?? I remember when I broke 500,000 RPs with Vorne, I was the third highest RP holder on the whole server, and the 2nd highest Infil on all servers. 500,000 was ALOT back then. Anyway, I think I'm still only RR9. If I remember right I have 4 or 5 million RP's now. I hope I can still compete, lol.

Back in the day ( not sure when you left) RP were a bit harder to get. Now they have boosted the crap out of them to let newer people compete, catch up so they can compete. Sadly it leads to lots of trash players getting RP pl by other trash players. And it doesnt take long before you have trash zergs. Which brings us to the current state of the game.

Back in the day a FG running around earning 50K RP each at the end of the night was pretty good ( OF ) NF you were looking at 80-100K ( early nf). Now days those are solo RP on a slow night.

Last night there was a player bragging ( mid side) that they have 2 days /play and was RR9L2. THough there is ALOT of speculation that this person was RP farming due to their /statsanon and the speed they supposedly achieved the RR.

When someone transfers a toon over from an archived server, the rps on their toon show as though they just got them all too.

When I played about a year ago I never saw 80-100k a night. Maybe my nights are shorter.

If you were making 100k solo on a slow night, you'd have a char higher than rr9.

That's just not true. That is an absurd statement.

To the OP: yes, RPs have been boosted and are now easier to get. Just not to the extent Nydirech is implying.
