you will probably have better luck here: http://vnboards.ign.com/albion_stealther_professions/b20906/p1

Edit: or any of the other class boards if you do re-roll.

Ive been drugging through the stealther forum all morning. I can't find anything besides people mentioning what pieces they hve and needing a template. I have no clue what type of gear is normal now. When I left, the leet folks had TOA artys and player made pieces to fill in the holes. What type of gear is normal now. I read that some folks have dragon gear. I don't even know what the hell that is lol.

Dragon gear refers to items dropped off the realms dragon. These items can also be purchased with Seals in each realm's capitol city. Gjalp's drops:

Master Level 10 (ml10) has been re-itemized with some of the most coveted loot in the game. Some items are prohibitavely expensive. Some are cheap and useful, like the ml10 stealther leather pants.

Summoner's Hall (shared region in the depths of Passage of Conflict in the Frontiers) was re-itemized in September with some nice loot not found anywhere else.

Some Artifacts and many bits of ToA jewelry are still used today.

Thanks Stanley. So if I want to have a better than average temp, which type of gear do I need to focus on the most? Sommoners? Also, is there any gear that is a must have that I cant farm on my own with a heal/buff bot?

Do you have more than just an Inf? If you had a necro and a cab + bot you could probably farm lots of it. Best bet is to try and save up about 30 plat. I would think that on Alb, this is enough to get a reasonable template. For an Infil I bet you could spent 300 plat on a template, but it would only be about 3% better. You can make quite a reasonable template these days for just about any class in the game using mainly the dragon gear + arties + some other random drops that aren't too expensive. If you want to see all the Dragon Drops that are available, go to Camelot, and look for a merchant who is part of the Order of the Dragonslayers. Or just ask where the dragon gear merchant is. You need dragon scales to purchase that stuff (approx. 500 per item), these can be farmed in your dragon zone. Mind you it will take you quit some time to farm 500 on your own as an Infil. IMO if you need cash, level up some crafting, or go out and farm something with a cab/cleric duo, sell the stuff, then buy 500 scales for 5 plat, will be much much faster than farming the scales yourself on an Infil.

This isn't WoW, there's isn't tiers of gear, any gear can be good if it fits in a good temp. ToA gear may not be the most covetted these days but that doesn't mean it can't be good gear. Best bet is to go to your classes board and see what people are using in their templates.
