I have tried to activate 3 different accounts, 2 of which I know I have the right password information. I get "incorrect login or password". EA support obviously can't help me with any account that is not registered to an EA account. None of these accounts were registered to an EA account, as we stopped playing before they started that.


I know character names on each account, and know I have correct passwords, but EA support can't find any of the accounts. So were they deleted because they were inactive pre EA, or maybe archived? I have a few people that would love to play again, but.......

You need to make a new EA master account. Your account name is your email. Once your master account is made, link all your accounts to it.

Your old accounts should still exist and the toons should all be there. Finding someone from Bioware/Mythic that can help you may be a slight pain though.


Long ago, as best as I can remember, when things shifted to EA they auto created an EA master account for me and the master account name and password were initially auto set up as my old DAoC account name and password.


With multiple accounts you should have multiple master accounts (if I remember correctly) and those master accounts should have the account name and password of your old account(s)


Try logging in to the master account by using one of your old DAoC account names and passwords.
