Ok I bought Battler and Bane of Battler credit how do I go about using this stuff, if I can? I'm level 49 berserker.

Artifact encounter credit: Drag and drop the credit token onto the sphinx to get the quest completion.
Combine scrolls into book: right click one of the scrolls in your inventory (when you have 2 or 3) and /use.
Activate artifact: Talk to the NPC in the area (it will say <Volcanus Affairs> under it for Battler), click the conversation trigger for the artifact, drag and drop the completed book onto it. Pick the damage type and slot, if needed (it is for Battler).

They should change the way activating artifacts work. Instead of having the "encounter" credit AND the scrolls they should just increase the encounter credits all 310bp's, and eliminate the scrolls.

Also delete scrolls from the mob loot tables. Nothing like farming stuff in ToA for glass and get loaded up with a ton of random scrolls for artifacts nobody ever uses, and have to spend all that time /deleting or dropping them.
