The Realm Enhancement NPCs can be buggy, as I'm sure many people know. Sometimes when you hand in a full buffs token you only get given a Haste Of The Realm buff and all the other buffs fail. I think I've observed the cause.


I've tried to take note of when this occurs and it seems to only happen if two players are trying to use the realm buffs NPC simultaneously. One of you will get the buffs and one won't.


Obviously this needs to be fixed. But in the meantime, to avoid the bug try to only use the buffer when they have your sole attention (which can be difficult when there's a scrum of players of course).

They're also extremely overpriced, I honestly think of stocking up on tokens every time I start a new toon in Claret.

nope it even happens when u are the only one at the npc. gets annoying sometimes lol.but whatever.
i do quests in the bg's for gold to keep the buffs coming.

you will get claret level buffs if you save your tokens.

The buff tokens will only give you the level of buffs they were from the NPC that sold them to you. If you buy the grey buffs in Claret they will be grey buffs when you use them on a level 50.

And the cost is next to nothing. On my perma Molvik toon that runs exclusively on NPC buffs I have made PROFIT over 5p so far. I've never once given the toon money from one of my 50's either. Even at level 50 you get the money back after like a single kill.

stop sucking and kill people. like stated previously, my molvik alt has like 11p on him from just killing people. and this was before they added the quests to BGs. make like 2p on a good night of PVP at 50. i cant remember if the enemies of the realm missions give coin though...

No kidding, the buffs are dirt cheap. I use them when I get lazy in NF and don't want to load my buffbot. They're great.

This bug is about as fun as trying to use a heroism pot in the main city or housing zones.
