I think it's a tricky proposition. On the one hand they need some free lots so people can get a house. On the other hand losing a house just because you have your account closed for whatever reason for a few months seems like the best way to every put a nail in retention/coming back type stuff.

I think the last what 9 years have really taught a lot about what a player housing zone should be. It's too bad that they don't have the resources to do a housing 2.0 What was a "Foundation" so long ago could be vastly improved to the point where a silly think like a lock box question just falls out of the discussion.

if peoples houses are closed for a few months, they loose there house reguardless of having coin in the box/cm...

i forget how long exactly but i believe its 90 days...

but there shouldnt be a limit on the lockbox anyways... the rent will pull from the CM if the CM has coin.. so the 1month size on the lockbox is kinda pointless sense you realy never have to put coin into the lockbox anyways...

Since the house repo for expired accounts is 120 days, i think increasing the ammount a lockbox can hold to 90 days is reasonable, especially since you qualify for a free 2 weeks after 90 days of being inactive.


I would ask that EA/Mythic remove the houses of those accounts that are banned, those farmer houses with too much money in their cons are annoying as hell, either that or just flat out remove the gold cap on the cm's.
