It's not technically purchased. You have to win a trifecta game, and the chances of you getting that specific item are very slim.

Agreed but would be a decent thing to have "if" you were able to win one. Is also a new item that gives a 25 essence resist buff for one hour.

Spent 15p or so on Trifecta over a couple days once. Never really got much worth keeping.

If you got plat to burn, go for it.
