I know traldors encounter is the best in albion for rings and bracers, but it's not the same for mid anyone have info? I'm mainly farming afrits, but I have no idea which encounter to turn them in for rogs...

I don't know what it is on Mid, but I want to correct a bit of misinformation in your post so others don't get confuse.
Albion:
Traldor = Rings
Cyrek = Bracers

Do the ToA encounters which are the same in all 3 realms drop different loot?

Not sure on that, but i'm 100% sure the Afrit Essence turn-ins do not yield the same items as far as rogs go.

Anyone know which mob to turn afrits to that gives RoG rings on Mid? Azar and Kirkleis were mentioned, but when I tried those two I did not get any rings.

there is a post on the ywain server that lists what ToA midgard mob drop what, that might help with what your looking for. Plus all 3 realms ToA mobs drop different RoG loot
