There have been complaints from the game's archer classes that the miss rate is very high for no reason. Mostly Crit shots and power shots.

My experience is the same. I've been specced only 46 bow for a month but didn't have this problem until about a week ago. And since my RR has gone up the miss rate should've gone down. You shouldn't miss Crit Shot so often at 46+13 bow against blue and yellow mobs, and yellow con players.

good luck. they lied about the archery fumble bug for 2 years. It took thousands of data points to force them to fix it.

This explains the view that Mark Jacobs should have served jail time.

I still can't seem to find any archer that said 'We want this new system for achers'.

Instead, Mythic just put it in, and its become a total disaster.

The response was 'we wanted to make achers easier to manage, because the old system was all hard coded
into the program, and was very hard to make changes to'.

This new magic archery system is just a total shame. With Hib Rangers getting their class gutted, and Mids and Albs
gaining all the advantages that the hib ranger had.

To top it off, Mythic decided to make the point that higher ground, made no difference, and took away range bonuses
because you were on high ground.

I, along with many other archers simply stopped playing the archer class on Hib. Albs then just started pouring scouts out.
And the Mids had a small increase of hunters...

The new archery in 2007 was the final nail in the coffin for me. I quit and never returned. Gw2 ftw.

now to just get archers taken from the game and we gtg

I don't have a Sun Bow, I use Astral and Galvorne's mostly, on occasion I use remorseless.
