Need Cabalist RA Advice

I have a young Molvik level Cabalist.Matter Specced. Question is what should be the first 3-4 RA's. Some have said take dex to ra level 4 as the first steps.My question is...... given I dot to kill...should i focus on getting off my spells or their hitting power? Perhaps its a blend of both. Your thoughts please.

Purge then lots of Wild Power, don't worry as much about aug dex.

If you wanna pissoff the keyboardturner /stick and /face ppl (well basicly 99.99 of all stealthers) get highest MoC ^^

You want enough dex to hit the breakpoint on your 2.8 spells... I'm assuming you're a saracen?

For a matter cabby you might aswell go with as much Wild Power as possible 
Long Wind 1 and Purge 1 are kind of given.
