Heal Pot Rut

What is the heal pot rut, not so much of the pot itself but the global. Like, im using bp watery stones for heals atm but i cant use anytheng for 3 mins after, kinda annoying, was wondering what the rut was on heal pots as opposed.
Also rut on using a heal pot itself would be nice, i assume its a minute like the endo heal pots.
