...Has anyone tested this to find out what it is? It's not listed in the delve window and I'm curious.

A lot of the updated weapons from Summoner's Hall have this same problem, 2nd proc without any identification of what it does. I did see some posts awhile back regarding this same subject on the Summoner's Hall weapons. Can't remember if it was ever determined what the proc was. I did notice that the 2nd Pictish proc has a different delve than the summoner weapons. Gives me a good excuse to do some testing, I'll report back later on results.

Tested the Alb Pictish Daggers with the 2nd mystery proc (DPS 16.5 thru 9.0). All had the same 2nd proc called Withering of the Picts, which delves as "targets armor is XX% less effective". DPS 16.5 & 15.0 was a 10% value, 13.5 & 12.0 was 6%, and 10.5 & 9.0 was 4%. Not sure how it effects armor as it didn't result in a lower AF value and I didn't see an increase in melee damage. Maybe someone can do more testing to see how it effects armor and if melee damage increases as a result.

No idea if its REALLY armor, all I know is it delves as armor, hence the "quotes". I've stopped assuming the Devs can get things right long ago, so it wouldn't surprise me this 2nd proc is FUBAR.

When the proc went off, the AF didn't lower nor did melee damage increase, so it seems the proc fires correctly but doesn't apply the correct affect as listed in the delve.

pretty sure its absorb the icon looks the same as caster absorb when you get debuffed, but next time ill s/s it to be sure.

Interesting. I guess since the Albion Pictish weapon procs are broken, it may be safe to assume the same for the Midgard pictish.

It's 10% absorb, and you'd only really notice a small dmg increase on plate/chain...
