How do i fix this... My camera no matter what i set it to, will not allow me to pan while moving. I want it to be the way it was 5 years ago where you just press the tilde, with the mouse toggled off, and pan away! really annoying me, can't figure t out. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance!

i believe the command was /snapback off
