[RELEASE] Caden UI 1.110

-Fully compatible with Version 1.110.
-Updated Training Window to include /respec buttons.
-Updated Options Window for tooltip transparency.
-Added Mini-Combat bar per request.
-Fixed -1 bug on all windows.
-Includes new Interface Elements Window.
