I have been in contact with Faile (Bandit sight guy) and Archui (ust guy who wrote the test plugin) and Faile says, not until Bandit Sight is out. Archui says he may be able to tweak the test app a little to beef up its ID capability, but he hasn't posted any progress on UST for a while, so I assume he is busy with other things.
In the meantime, if you want a not so detailed inventory, you can search this board for the first decal alpha 3 plugin called "test" and there in an inv button on this plugin that writes your current inventory to an xml file. I believe you can parse this file out in excel and it does show inventory pretty nicely... the issue is it doesn't have all the details for items.
Its the best that is out there at the moment.
