It will run plugins that were compiled against Alpha 3 and not updated to Alpha 5.

i downloaded decal 5. totally didnt work. so deleted. my other comp has decal 3. works fine. i have now downloaded decal 4. i have no decal bar at all.

Decal 5 works.. if you pay attention to the release notes.
IF you're using ACDualClient then you currently have to take extra steps.... which were in the release notes.

Alpha 3 versions of my plugins will remain available as long as enough people continue to use Alpha 3.

Alpha 3 is no longer available. The Decal Developers have not authorized ANY alternate download sites or redistribution. This thread should probably be locked as it is (unwittingly I'm sure) asking for unauthorized distribution of the software.

The only reasdon to use alpha 3 is for LTX, which i woudln't use right now anyways with the remote exploit thats going around. You;d have to be nuts to put that on your PC rightnow.
