Could not obtain updatelist.xml. Cannot update - Hosting server down?
EDIT: Also crashes when I try to log in.
Is the message I get when I try to update decal. Ive installed everything i possibly could. Please Help!

now thats fixed, but I get this message when i log in.... Object variable or with block variable not set @ createtphud. When i click on the tank icon on teh decal bar, it crashes.

how much video memory had. I suggest reading the sticky on the information to provide when reporting a problem.
