I think im crashing because im missing these files...
Runtime Libraries
[msvbvm60.dll] : Installed (6.0.96.90)
[atl70.dll] : Not Installed
[mfc70.dll] : Not Installed
[msvcr70.dll] : Not Installed
[msvcp70.dll] : Not Installed
[atl71.dll] : Not Installed
[mfc71.dll] : Not Installed
[msvcr71.dll] : Not Installed
[msvcp71.dll] : Not Installed
anyone know what update that is to get those

Those aren't need for Decal itself, and right now most plugins don't use them either.
If you just want to make sure you have them installed, (If I remember correctly) they are installed with .NET Framework 1.0 and .NET Framework 1.1
Note that 1.1 is not a replacement for 1.0, they are two seperate versions.

msvcr71.dll
copy that from your AC install folder into the Decal 3.0 folder. Other than that you don't need to worry about .dll files not being installed
