Ok i check the req first on their website... sooo i don't understand this error


i get this pop up when i want to install it


The installation package could not be opened.

Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a

valid window installer package


I have even installed the new window installer from microsoft.


any idea

Right click on the link, choose Save As..., save it to your desktop, then run it from there.

did you clear your internet browser cach before re-downloading?

Here are a few more things you can try:


Clear your internet cache (in IE: Tools Menu > Internet Options > Delete Files), then exit and reopen your browser.


Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com , click Custom, and download any updates it finds.


Restart your computer.
