dIRCal is a plugin that allows complete access to IRC chatting inside AC.

As some of you may know, dIRCal is an open source plugin licensed under the GPL. Since its author has not yet updated it for ToD, I decided to go ahead and do so. I have also made some minor improvements that may be useful:

-Names appearing in IRC chat now are green-linked just like AC chat names. You can click on them to reply over IRC.

-The perform list mechanics have been made more user-friendly.

-The plugin works with ToD.

-The plugin's output is filtered by VCS if you have VCS running.

OK so after using this for a couple weeks, I'd like to say thanks for bringing out ANYTHING other than Tank for IRC. I have a few gripes with the plugin though.

First off, I can't for the life of me figure out how to @tell anyone ingame with a single letter in their character name at the front now. Like there's this person named "F A I T H" on our server, I can't @tell her because of the single letters (and boy do I hate it in the first place )

Anyway, another example is that I can easily forget that I have it talking to IRC. I know I wanted Cypher to come back, and I had a reason for it. When you typed in Cypher for IRC, all you had to do was put a . at the front, and it wasn't toggled or anything. I constantly forget I'm talking to IRC or AC and send some pretty bad mistells now to both. Is there any chance of getting a similar sort of thing added to this plugin? Like an option to switch between the /ac and /irc commands or a simple thing like the . at the front.

Um, a third thing I can't figure out...how do you do emotes in this plugin?

There's more, but I usually have to be ingame and pissed at the plugin to remember them.
