New utility for plugin devs: "Codeless" view code generator

I wrote a utility that generates skeleton view handling code (variable declarations and event handling methods) in C# and VB.NET. It keeps track of which controls you added since the last time you used the utility, to make it easy to update your view handling code if you make an addition to your plugin view.

I noticed you were using go-arrow in that screen shot does that mean it is alnost ready for deployment

It's getting there. I'm going to be pretty busy this week but it might be ready next weekend.
