The original Combater was one that I used up until the expansion when everything died

i installed the program and it shows up in decal as no dll and wont work

I would say post an export, but to cover most of the bases I am guessing that one of the following are true:

a) didn't uninstall the beta .NET 2.0 Framework, install the RTM version of the .NET 2.0 Framework, then intall Decal, and plugins - if this is the case, uninstall Decal, uninstall the beta .NET 2.0 Framework, and uninstall the plugins. Install the RTM .NET 2.0 Framework, re-install Decal, and re-install the plugins.

or

b) installed the .NET 2.0 Framework after installing Decal - uninstall and re-install decal and plugins

or

c) don't have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed at all. - uninstall decal and plugins, install RTM .NET 2.0 Framework, re-install Decal, and re-install plugins
