I recently added Treestats to my decal repitoir. I went through the characters on my main account to get them all updated.


I then logged into my alternate account. Everything works up to the point where I tried to log into any of the characters. "Windows needs to close" "Generate a bug report?" I tried everything I could think of: closed decal, closed AC Dual log, restarted the whole computer. Nothing. Then I couldn't even relog on my main account. I finally un-installed Treestats - back to normal.


Re-install Treestats and try to start on my alternate account.. same problem.


I would try to do a Decal export but I can't get any of the characters to log in while Treestats is installed.


Thoughts comments suggestions?

I was hoping to send this direct to Treestats but I couldn't find a link on the site. Perhaps I am just not smart enough to be trusted with high-tech equipment.

You can do a Decal export without logging into the game. Just start Decal and right-click on the icon in the system tray to bring up the configuration window.
