From Xeon himself on the LTx forums...
He recommends putting the buff time at 58 minutes (so you'll never have to worry about missing a buff if you get stuck fighting) and the spell casts at 1 (if you're a mage). Personally, if I use an archer or a melee, I use the same time settings, but change the number of spells to 5 so I get about 5 minutes between buffs.
