Fresh/Clean install of XP last Friday, April 7th. Installed AC from the ToD CD, all windows updates, all mobo/chipset drivers working, AGP 8x Fastwrite enabled.

Before my format/clean install, AC with decal was fine and great. Without Decal, I am getting 60-75 FPS, with decal I am getting 19-25 FPS.

I was using ATI Catalyst 6.3 with CCC...then I uninstalled that, ran Driver Cleaner in Safe Mode, made sure all ATI stuff was uninstalled, rebooted and installed newest Omega Drivers (based on 6.3)

I'll uninstall and Driver Cleaner everything again, and try Catalyst 5.13 (which is what I had before, and worked fine)

Well not sure if its 5.13 ... but once I unchecked Sync with Frame Rate ingame..everything was butter! I am pretty sure I tryed 6.3 w/sync and w/o sync.

Anywho I'll stick with Catalyst 5.13 with CCC.

From what I've read, seems lots of people are having issues with 6.3 -- not AC specific.
