you didn't have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed when you installed it the first time.


You now have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed (which should have been installed before) and now Decal doesn't have all the components it needs.


Re-install Decal now with the .NET 2.0 Installed and it should hopefully work. If now, some things like an Export would be nice. You need to post a little more detailed information to get assistance with decal.

So i uninstalled decal, then re-installed it.. open it, had red x's and said i need to update it.. i closed it, ran decal 3.0 utilities, opened decal, everything was fine...

PLEASE go to the ACDev Forums.. Find the thread on doing a proper Clean Reinstall of Decal.


Read the WHOLE thread first so you know what you have to do and don't have to do as the instructions aren't completely up to date... Then once you've read the WHOLE thread, then follow the instructions, skipping the parts that aren't needed from posts later in the thread.


My recommendation is to also save DecalUtil to the DECAL 3.0 folder and not to the desktop. You can create a shortcut to the desktop afterward to make it easier on yourself if you want, but I would recommend putting the actual Program in the Decal 3.0 folder to keep it in the right place.


You also need to post an EXPORT like I previously asked.


Just saying that you have red X's in 2 filters isn't good enough. There is a LOT more information in the Export that is important to help diagnost issues and without that information, I really can't assist you to my fullest. If you want my help, you need to follow my instructions exactly. I only have so much patience, and it is starting to run really low. If you want help, you need to follow instructions. That's just how it works.
