Hrmm for some odd reason on my desktop decal is working just fine but if I want to use my desktop and play on my laptop it says:
[LTx] [Engine] (CastSpell) Couldn't cast Stamina To Mana Self lvl 7 - Spell not found/learned.
Along with that it goes threw all my buffs and says the same thing for each, any suggestions? :/

do peopel not read the first 10 posts of the board before instantly making their own post?
1) there's already an LTx thread abotu it beign broke.. in fact.. it was right below yours.
2) According to the Decal threads, Decal is still broken.. mainly due to protocol changes.
3) I said in the update thread that the memlocs and stuff were completely untested meaning that chances are.. it could very well be broken (which it is... not memlocs, but one of the other xml files).
Be patient. If you don't know what you're doing, wait for someone else who does to tell you when it is completely safe.... aka.. wait for a LOT of people to post to the boards saying "it works for me" or something along those lines... and chances are, if something is broken immediately after path or patch day, chances are, it's because decal still needs some tweaking... once again.. be patient and wait.

DLed memlocs using Util this AM and did a force buff on my char to test and it worked.

FYI: there was still a protocol change which could severely bork plugins and filters... cause a lot of unstable-ness and things can appear fine until you receive the wrong packet, or a message is parsed incorrectly, and BOOM! no more worky worky.
until the messages.xml is updated, thigns aren't going to be stable or work in any sort of nice way. it may seem to temporarily for some people, but it's very tempermental and temporary.

When I downloaded the xmls last night, it APPEARED to be working fine, until I opened my little chat window with magic/combat in it. What my poor little character was doing was buffing the same spell over and over, and recharging mana/stam as needed. When they all expired, darn it was noisy!!!
