Everyone is telling me most of the plugins I used to replace Tank no longer work...
As that's the first required download listed on his site, I probably need it. There's no direct link, but I searched the decaldev.com and didn't find it.
Help?

Everything you need to run Decal and most plugins is automatically installed by the Decal installer.

What do you use Tank for? A lot of it's functionalities (other than combat macroing) are available in other plugins.

I want something to replace BS2, USTing and a buffing program. I'd also be looking for navigation, which I am not sure it has (definitely not versed in the tankyness).

buffing = buffme
Navigation = go arrow, best navigation plugin ever.
BS2 = find it or alinco
usting = I believe alinco
AgentZ is also a really good plugin

Well, I can't seem to configure buffme correctly... its interface is a little hard to set up for buffs. The first thing I did was delete adjas by accident, and then getting it back up to the top was tedious. Then, next thing I knew, it had moved back down to the bottom and I have no idea why.
I figured I'd try tank after that, and had even less luck, when the first thing it did was try to cast an item buff before buffing my item magic... and when it couldn't it stopped.

All you need to do with buff is clear the profile and then click add. Then buff yourself in the order you want buff me to buff you. once you are done then just type //stop
The only thing that is a pain is weapons, I just do those on my own.

With ELTank type 'unfilter -all', then use the ELTanks filters to cut out the casting spam.
