I uninstalled the old decal but during the decal 3.0 setup it just keeps stopping at 1 of 2 downloads.

how long did you wait?


sometimes it can take aw hile.. especially when the download site at microsoft is having issues.

about 10 minutes then i cancles and retried.

But kept getting same problem

It updates the direct x but aftet that nothing.
