New plugin: Babel Fish - Translates spell words

Babel Fish v1.0.0.0
Babel Fish translates spell words (e.g. Puish Zharil) into the name of the spell cast. It also provides some advanced filtering options, so you don't get spammed by spell casting messages.

Well it probably doesn't translate them into their level 7 names. Like, Blade Blast VII is Sau Kolin's Sword, but if it were me reading that, I'd have no clue what spell it was unless it says Blade Blast, Blade Streak, Blade Bolt, volley, wall, etc. lol While some people I know memorized all the war names for 7s, I sure didn't, hee hee.
Not that I need this plug-in, I don't, although it is pretty neato! I used to know someone who could do this without a plug-in, he knew every spell in game just from the words, it never ceased to amaze me. I'd try to stump him with stuff like Monster Unfamiliarity and he'd still be able to name it from the words, lol.

Tugak Quati is also Blade Blast  , though it's more likely that someone's casting Raven's Fury than Blade Blast. I only realized that after I released it. I suppose I could change that one thing and release v1.0.0.0a...

You can edit spellWords.xml yourself if you want - it's in the Babel Fish folder.
