Hat's off to the Decal Devs, this build of Decal runs MUCH more smoothly for me, with very few crashes, even while running a full load of plugins (Including El Tank), with 4 accts simultaneously.
Bravo. I can't imagine how nice it will be, when we have a polished release version that doesn't gobble up video memory.

OK I apologize for my remarks, which were born out of frustration. But, after doing a Registry Clean, I got Decal to work, and yes, framerates are up and it seems to be working for me just fine.
Don't forget to run the registry cleaner, folks!
