AC Dual Client Not Working?

I try to install AC Dual Client it keeps asking me to update framework but I have it as up to date as I can get it. What can I do to fix it? Keeps asking for version 1.1.4322. I got 2.0 version of framework on my pc so I have no clue.

you need to DL the version 1.1 also
they install side by side or whatever
meaning you can install both versions at the same time
