It sounds like you've been able to Character Builder to work...
Every time I try use it, after entering name, race, level, skill quests, etc Character Builder won't let me change my attribute points, it just leaves them at 10 and won't let me change them to reflect my actual level. For that matter, I can't even enter my correct level (83) because the level pick list jumps in blocks of 5, 80 to 85. If there's a help file somewhere for it, I can't find it.
I must be missing something that's obvious to everybody else.
In any event, for all I've been able to get it to do, it's pretty useless for me.

it jumps up like that to show you how many skill credits you will have for use
at lvl 83, you have the same credts as a lvl 80
and to change the attributes, you drag the slider to whatever

Well, that certainly explains why I can't get Character Builder v0.96b to do anything useful!
Every time I bring up CB at the web site there is NO slider any where in sight, before or after I fill in information on the toon I want to work on.
The only user selectable items that show up are the drop down list boxes for setting your Level and the untrained/trained/specialized status of each Skill, along with the two check boxes for the skill quests and entering your toon name. For the attributes there's no slider, or any other user settable option, available for use.
Where, exactly, is this slider for setting attributes supposed to be showing up on the web page?
For info, I am using IE6.

right after the 2 check boxes about the skill credits, theres another section below that has this info:
Attribute Points:
Strength: [10][]<---- slider lol
Endurance: [10][]
Coordination: [10][]
Quickness: [10][]
Focus: [10][]
Self: [10][]

OK, that gave me the info I could use to track down the problem.
I don't know why, yet, but AD Muncher is stripping out the slider box Java code from the display.
