I was just reccently, finaly(maybe too late in the game) given the MiniPK orginal source code from Rim.
However, I haven't found much time to get past the GUI and move into the heart of the code yet. The people who know I have the source ask me almost daily IG if I am working on it but I have too much other work going on at this time and have no idea when I will be able to fix it. Rim had some very odd VB syntax in his code that I do not understand and that has been a major road block that has kept me from working on a peince here and there.
Until I find time to figure that out, it will not go very far

With the servers being so so SOOOOO laggy the last few weeks, I find it hard to even login much less kill anyone. Lots of DT people have straight up un-subbed reccently. You can even see it in the server populations tracking. Before I added it, population was 420 a night easily. The last 2 weeks, it barley even gets to 300.  People just don't want to login and fight on a server where you get 5%-20% packets lost every 10 minutes!

There will be a free for all minipk style plugin released very shortly, hopefully this weekend

Minipk was originally a pk select/target plugin, which morphed into other things such as war detect, fellow heals, vuln timers etc
Spies 3 is out soon which does some of these things, and a lot more.

ya I've noticed it big time 8(( worse than ever seems... and seen TONS complaining and logging out etc. 8(

Are you guys planning on releasing source code with the plugin?
I miss the timers, pk targeting and off radar list the most. I also liked the off radar MOB feature Alert used to have.
