I tried the main site but the downloads link is dead.
Is there another utility that i can use to plan out my major suits?

The release of the Throne of Destiny expansion in July 2005 broke all plugins. The majority of the old plugins were never updated because the authors no longer play AC. This site is your best reference for plugins:
