Does this chat plugin exist?

Just wondering if this chat plugin exists: Looking for one wehre if I start a conversation say in allegiance chat, I STAY in allegiance chat without having to do /a each time.
Then, when I switch to say, fellow chat /f would start me off in fellow chat and keep me there until I changed channels again.

Click on the button on the left side of the chat bar in AC to change chat channels.
