i have that since the last patch and am constantly acting like i have to dl a new area. where you go to a full stop. only i dont have to dl a new area, and it happens every few seconds seomtimes

what was the outcome of that? was there a reason given? a fix?
besides turning off decal i mean, a fix not a cover up the symptoms
