Problem with ElTank & Mana Stones

Hey, I set ElTank up to recharge my suit for me but it doesnt seem to be working properly. It says "Use mana charges below" and then i put Massive Mana Charges (had Titan Charges to use, Massives were DIs) but it decideds to use a massive charge when i start to run low. Ok, so I guess I'll set it for "use below" titan charges. But then it wont use the titan charges, and there are no types of charges inbetween the two that I can set it to.

It will use them if it can see them. Move them to another pack, or relog.
