I have a rapid blinking in my decal plug ins that makes it hard to read anything. It will also make lines of choices disapear. I'm sure it is a Decal problem as I all my plug ins do this. I have a 64 bit system, and using Win64. I installed the 64 version of Netframe. Other than that, it is a standard system, 2g memory and a fast 512m video card. Is there a way to fix this?
