when i install the latest version of ltx i got the following problem


Your Lifetank is now disabled because the Authorization Server failed to respond. You may try to connect to another authorization server by typing: '/lt auth server 1', 2 or 3. Sorry for the inconvienience.


i try to connect a lot of times still fail


also refresh, update , reboot all looks like not help to fix the problem


Wish anyone can tell me how can i fix it!


No firewall i have use!

Few questions:


1) What happens when you use the alternate auth commands? (/lt auth server 2 and /lt auth sever 3)

2) Are you using a non-English version of Windows? (This shouldn't matter now, but there were some problems with this in the past.)

3) When you're logged in to AC, can you access web pages with the same computer?

i tried 1 2 3 but still got the same msg!


2. yup i am using a non-english version of windows


3. u mean the left hand side to show the webpage of logging ? yes i see it!

When did you download this version of Lifetank? There was a fix that was released a few weeks back that fixed non-english versions, atleast for the languages the bug was confirmed to happen on.

Not that it has anything to do with this particular issue, but you might also want to update your video card drivers...They are coming up on being 4 years old.

i download the ltx version after the Oct patch day so i think it is the latest one!


about the viedo driver, i will try to download an update one then to see the problem can fix or not but with they got a updated one for me! haha!


Before patch i am not using the latest version of ltx and it run smooth!

Due to the new decal fix and ban to use any old version anymore so it make me to download

the update one!
