It's been a few years since I've done any coding for Decal. I was looking to make a simple inventory utility and was wondering if anyone had a C# project framework I could use as a starting point. Or if someone has a link to a small, simple plug-in that would be great too.


What's needed to develop decal plug-ins these days? I have Dev Studio 2003 professional and 2005 standard. I also have the .net framework 1.1 and 2.0.


I'd appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
