Today i finally upgraded to windows xp from me, i went to download decal, but it will not finish the download. I have tried everything i know with my limited computer skills. anyone know what i can do or why this is happening? thanx in advance!!

1) why did you upgrade to Windows XP with Vista so soon to be released to the public?
2) If it can't download, you need to check your network, firewalls, download managers, etc.
3) Post errors that you get. We can't tell what's really happening based on your description.

one reason would be they typically lower the price of the older OSs.
