How do I get the ust working in Find it

I have a key mapped to open corpse and one to loot corpse and one to ust. When I hit the ust hot key it opens the ust window but does not ust anything in my pack.
Do I have to insert the items in the ust window manually?
Do you need an export? Or is this just a button I have overlooked?
