for longest time never had a problem with it could log up 2 accts fine until here recently the past few weeks it wont let me duel log anymore any time i try with or without decal it will bring up launcher and go to log in then my gives me a popup with
"ACClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
ive tried resetting paths deleting them and reentering again and no avail cant log in both accts no more anyone that could help i would appreciate it am running version 7.2.2
edit: forgot to mention only thing ive done recently is update to IE 7 could that be the problem?

Personally, I'm kind of leary of IE 7, .... so no, I haven't updated yet ...
Can you log in to AC fine using just the regular launcher? Or does AC still crash that way as well?

Decal + Acdualclient + IE7 working fine here.
If its only since you installed IE7 try removing it, at least this time M$ gave us the option of uninstalling!

can log in fine using launcher or ACDC to get 1 acct on but when go to log in the second is when i get the error

Silly question, but is "Dual Client" checked under "Patch Options" on the main tab in ACDC?

yes it is havent changed any of my settings on DC since it was installed that i remember

Try using the Copy Files and make sure that all the files in the main path are appropriately copied to the secondary path.
Other than that, it's an ACClient.exe crash, not an ACDCClient.exe crash, so it's not specifically within my realm.. although it could be injection crashing, I just don't know.

i have this porblem aswell n have also just updated to ie7 the way i duel log is open ac like norm then use acdc to change to other ac path then open the aclauncher file from the 2nd ac folder n that works ok long way round i know but it works  just have both ac launcher icons on desktop

Manually logging in or using ACDualClient to log in should have absolutely no difference in effect unless ACDualClient itself isn't even started when you manually log in the client.
ACDualClient hooks into the launcher AFTER the launcher executes... whether you use ACDualClient to log in, or do it manually.
So I'm not sure how one would work and the other wouldn't based on your description of events.
