i went and installed the new version 1.4.9 and when i did i lost all trophys. tried to reinstall several times and cant seem to get them back. dont want to have to setup all loot info for all my toons that would take for ever cant seem to get he default setting back any help would be appreciated.
p.s. i also deleted all alinco folders i believe including under my docs

Go find a time machine, and go back and warn yourself to back up everything before deleting it. I just recently did an in-place upgrade (didn't delete anything) and my lists were still there.

funny this is usually why i dont post one here the sarcastic remarks are needless but maybe i should clarify my problem. i did an upgrade got error msges on log on. so i uninstalled reinstalled and still had the prob so i went though and deleted all reference to the program and now when i reinstall no errors but also no preset trophys
also i have backups but when i put them back i have the list but errors start again
