Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\Mia1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD8.tmp\DX9\dxwebsetup.exe' has changed since it was initially published.


See the setup log file located at 'C:\DOCUME~1\Mia1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD8.tmp\install.log' for more information.


how do I fix this please

There is a fix for it on the Decal Forum. Have you tried going there yet?
