i just see it beeing able to ban one person is there a way to ban accounts and Guilds??

I don't believe so.
You can however squelch an account through AC itself, which would in affect ban the account from using your bot.

You can ban an allegiance if your bot is setup as a payment bot and then editing the botincome.xml file: http://www.buwahaha.com/Castaway/manual/Editing_BotIncome.xml.htm
