Target info has not worked for me since I upgraded to the new decal. When I click on a monster it does not show the current vulns. Coincidently this occurred at the same time I switched to Vista so I'm not sure if that has any interaction here, but it doesnt seem to be affecting my other plugins. Is this a known issue?

Is Show Target HUD checked on the HUD > Target tab?


If that doesn't fix it post an export.

Yes, but the HUD doenst show up anywhere. Not only are the vulns not listed but it doesnt list the monster selected. I even tried resetting the HUD location with no luck.

I'm really not sure what the problem could be. The fact that it stopped working when you upgraded to Vista is suspicious. I don't have access to Vista myself, but I haven't heard of anyone else having problems with Target Info on Vista.


Do the HUDs for other plugins work?

Check the Target Info folder for errors.txt and paste any recent errors from it.

There is no error.txt in the Target Info folder. I do see the Go Arrow HUD as well as the one from Agent Z. Is there any other information I can provide?

If you get your hands on a copy of Vista please post to the thread and let me know if it works for you or not. I'd be curious (or if there are any other Vista / Target Info users out there.

In Vista, there won't be an error.txt in the TargetInfo directory, as Vista won't let the plugins write to that directory. Digero will need to rewrite the error logging functions to write to a directory under either the users documents directory, or the user\application data directory in order to get logging to work properly again. If there are other things that write to the plugin directory, that could be causing issues on Vista and may prevent the plugin from working properly.
