I have reformated 2 computers and trying to install Decal as I have many times before and get the following error and am not able to get it to install.


This is from the details........


Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\Sky\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD1.tmp\DX9\dxwebsetup.exe' has changed since it was initially published.


See the setup log file located at 'C:\DOCUME~1\Sky\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD1.tmp\install.log' for more information.


Same errors on both comps, help appreciated.

If you spent a minute looking instead of several minutes typing you would have Decal running by now.
